Q: How do I place an e-mail order and what information should I include? 
A: Just e-mail us with your order and your prefered e-mail address and we will send you a paypal invoice. Once you pay your order will be shipped immediately. If you prefer to pay by check your order will be shipped once the check has cleared. When placing your order include your shipping address, what items you would like to purchase with correct sizes, scents and colors and any special requests you may have.

Q: How do I pay for my order? 
A: If you order through the store you can use paypal to check out. If you order by e-mail we will send you a paypal invoice. If you order at a HS House party you can pay by cash, check or we can send you a paypal invoice and you can pay online with your credit card.
Q: How do I choose scents if I don't know what they smell like?
A: We can send out samples of certain scents you may be interested in for a small fee or you can come to one of our HS house parties where you can smell all the scents and create your own unique blend.
Q: Can I host an HS house party?
A: Absolutely, just e-mail us with a date and time you would like to have your party and if our schedule permits we will be there.  We only attend parties if there are 5 or more guests if you have 10 or more guests you get a free dram of your unique scent as the hostess. We bring all our scents to you and your guests so you can create your own unique blend right there. We will take your order and either ship it to you or deliver it to the hostess for you to pick up whichever you prefer.
Q: How do you ship your items?
A: Ground shipping is sent via FexEx and is based on the number of items you order. All Domestic shipments are automatically insured up to $100.00. For all international shipping we use USPS Flat Rate International mail with delivery confirmation. Insurance on international packages does cost extra. Your delivery confirmation number or Fed Ex tracking number will be emailed to you at the time your package is shipped.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are not satisfied with your products for any reason just give us a call and ship us back the items within 7 days and you will receive a full refund or a replacement item. Please keep in mind all items are handmade so candle or soap color may vary slightly each time as may the strength of the candles, or soaps scents. Lotions and perfumes will always be almost exactly the same but keep in mind they are essential oils and so no two bottles are exactly the same in strength.

A: Lists of ingredients are available upon request and you can email us to find out if anything your are allergic to is in any of our products. 

A: Shipping will be combined on all items purchased as long as they are purchased within 2 days of each other as it generally takes 2 days to process an order and we ship items as soon as they are ready.
